Dance for the Elderly

On the 16th of December, I was able to perform for the elderly in Hong Kong in Lai Chi Kok

Just days before Christmas, we aimed to improve their wellbeing and promote joy among them, encouraging them to dance with us and to follow our movements. They were not only enthusiastic and willing to stand up and dance with us , but some also walked up to me afterward and told me that dancing was the most fun they had had in years. Overall, it was such an honor to serve and make an impact on the community and to spread joy through dance
